Through inbound and outbound calls consult and advise client managers, supervisors and employees on all aspects of Employee Relations and Human Resource policies
Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management and of the federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and regulations relating to the field
Ability to analyze problems and provide effective resolutions
Skill in formal employee grievance resolution
Ability to learn and apply client policies and procedures
Ability to counsel client members on issues, rules, and regulations relating to human resource management
Ability to make sound recommendations affecting the clientÂ’s day-to-day operations
Excellent communication skill both oral and written
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and the ability to learn client software applications for case management
