Senior Management Recruiter is an important job, and I hope you are
casting a wide net. It is a select set of skills. Do you have a
skill set template that you work from to recruit? I know that
monster.com utilizes an organized template for companies recruiting
employees. Just wondering what your method is and if you are finding
success. Good luck!
